For regular cleaning, these mats may be spot cleaned or vacuumed. For a deeper clean, machine wash on delicate setting with cold water and gentle soap. Then shape the mat flat while still wet, and allow to air-dry. Do not place in dryer, for your mat will be then sized for dear Mushak.
